Technical details
Ceramic cigar ashtray, 4-slot gold trim
The Scotte Ceramic Cigar Ashtray is designed specifically for cigar smokers who want a dedicated, stable resting place for up to four cigars at once. Built from ceramic with a gold-trim finish and an ivory color, it features four evenly spaced slots sized to hold cigars securely without rolling. The smooth ceramic surface is easy to wipe clean between sessions. Intended for personal or shared desktop use indoors.
The benefit
Four cigars, zero rolling, zero stress
Whether you are smoking solo or sharing a session with friends, having four dedicated slots means every cigar stays exactly where you put it. No more balancing a Churchill on the edge of a table or grabbing a paper plate. The Scotte ceramic ashtray gives your ritual the stable, clean surface it deserves, so you can focus on the smoke, not the logistics.
Craft and materials
Ceramic build, gold trim that actually holds up
Ceramic is the right material for a cigar ashtray. It handles heat without warping, does not absorb odors the way cheaper plastic or thin metal can, and the smooth glaze makes cleanup genuinely quick. The ivory finish with gold-trim detailing looks considered rather than flashy, the kind of piece that fits a home office, a den, or a patio table without looking out of place.
In use
Settle in, light up, rest easy
Picture a slow Saturday afternoon: you clip a robusto, light it, take the first draw, and set it down in one of the four slots while you pour a drink. The cigar sits at the right angle, ash builds cleanly over the bowl, and when your buddy joins you there are three more slots ready. That is the scene this ashtray is built for, unhurried, comfortable, properly equipped.
Everyday proof
Wipes clean, stays put, earns its spot
After a session, ceramic cleans up fast: a damp cloth and it looks like new. The weight and footprint keep it stable on a side table or desk without sliding around every time you set a cigar down. Four slots means it works equally well for a solo smoker rotating between sticks or for a small group sharing a box. It earns a permanent spot without taking over the table.
FAQ
Your questions answered
How many cigars can this ashtray hold at once?
The Scotte ceramic ashtray has four dedicated slots, so you can rest up to four cigars at the same time. That makes it practical for solo sessions where you are rotating sticks, or for sharing with a small group.
What is the ashtray made of, and will it handle heat well?
It is made from ceramic, which is a naturally heat-resistant material. It will not warp or degrade from the heat of a resting cigar the way thinner or plastic alternatives can.
How do I clean it between sessions?
The smooth ceramic glaze wipes clean easily. A damp cloth after each session is all it typically takes to keep it looking fresh. There is no complex maintenance involved.
Will the ivory and gold-trim finish work in a home office or outdoor setting?
The ivory color with gold-trim detailing is a neutral, classic combination that suits most indoor settings: a home office, a den, or a living room side table. It is designed for indoor desktop use.
Is this a good gift for a cigar smoker who already has accessories?
Yes. A dedicated ceramic cigar ashtray with four slots is a practical upgrade from improvised solutions. The gold-trim ivory finish makes it presentable as a gift, and it fills a real gap in any cigar setup.
